1. Introduction

4. Account Registration and Security

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) active 55wmb account. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 55wmb. Unauthorized use of 55wmb intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability
